  • How long does my hair need to be for waxing service?
Your hair must be grown out for at least 3 weeks or the length of a grain of rice. Coming in sooner to get waxed can result in an uneven or patchy wax.
  • How do I prep for a wax?
Stop using any topical acne medications like retinol, differin gel etc. for at least 1-2 weeks before your wax appointment. Failing to do so can result in your skin getting irritated or your skin lifting. You must be off of accutane for a year before waxing. stay away from drinking alcohol and caffeine for 4 hours before your wax because it can increase sensitivity. make sure to exfoliate. For body waxing I recommend to at least start exfoliating 2 weeks before your appointment, 2-3 times a week is ideal. My favorite tools to exfoliate with is the dry brush for arms and legs, and a body exfoliating gloves for under arms, and bikini line.
  • Can I get waxed on my period?
Yes, you can still get bikini line, bikini full and Brazilian waxes on your period. You just have to put a tampon on for your service, if you don’t have one with you I can provide one.
  • What is the after care for waxing services?
For 24 hours it’s recommended to not touch the area that was waxed No exercising for the rest of the day No sauna or pools for 24 hours No tight clothing on the waxed area Wait 24-48 hours before exfoliating Go to sleep on a clean pillow case if you got a facial wax Don’t use lotion with fragrance on the area
  • What's the after care for brow lamination?
Leave the conditioning treatment on for 12-24 hours. This helps to really hydrate the hairs Wait 24-48 hours before wetting your brows After that period use castor oil on your brows every single night. This will help to keep your brow hairs healthy and hydrated You also must use a clear or tinted brow gel to style your brow hairs daily. Laminated your brows makes them very flexible so styling them helps them hold their shape through out the day
